Chloroform GPC
We promise to support our clients with various organic/inorganic material R&Ds with utmost sincerity.
KOPTRI provides GPC (Gel Permeation Chromatography) service with Chloroform.
This solvent is applicable on measuring molecular weight of biodegradable polymers such as PLA (Poly (lactic acid)), PLGA (Poly(lactic-co-glycolide)), PBS (Poly(butyl succinate)), and their copolymers, etc. If the sample does not dissolve in chloroform, we often use more polar solvent such as HFIP (Hexafluoroisopropanol) as an alternative for the analysis. If Chloroform is used instead of the typical eluent like THF, it increases the frequency of GPC instrument failures due to the characteristics of chlorinated solvent, since the halogenated solvent tends to cause corrosion / erosion in the Pump accessories. Our institute has various experiences and knowledge for Chloroform GPC and provides highly reliable GPC results. If you need help with analysis, please send us a request by submitting ‘Application Form’ under ‘Contact Us’ tab, and supervising researcher will aid you with a punctual and meticulous reply.
