Payment Information
- Methods of Payment : Electronic Tax Invoice, Credit card
- We require a copy of Business License from the client in order to issue an Electronic Tax Invoice.
- Payment must be made in prior to the analysis. (KOPTRI Regulation)
(Mandatory for First-time customer) - KOPTRI Test Reports are issued only after the payment is made and confirmed. If the payment is delayed, client must consult with the supervising researcher first in order to proceed with the required documentation. If the payment is delayed due to the specific payment regulation in your company, please send the following information to your supervising researcher; Company Name/Quotation ID(Top of the quotation)/Payment schedule/Contact information of person in charge for payment. We will be able to issue the report before the payment is made.
- If a copy of our of Business License and bankbook, please ask supervising researcher
- If the payment is made by 3rd party rather than the applicant and its company, confirmation of payment may delay.
Refund Information
- If a refund is required after placing an order and the payment is made, we will refund the fees depend on the payment method.
- When requesting a refund, supervising researcher and the person in charge could ask for the necessary documents.
